& Payment Terms
Enquiries
When making an enquiry it is really helpful for us
to meet your requirements by supplying as much information as possible
about what your client is seeking, such as:

- Information on product preferences (for example
with accommodation enquiries: hotel star preference, location
and proximity in the town/city, type of room double/twin/single
etc, price expectations)
- Date sought for the booking
- Detail of what product you are booking (for example:
hotel name, tour name, car type etc)
- If you have a more general enquiry please provide
an outline of what you are seeking
- Number of travellers
- Details of ages of travellers where they may
be eligible for special rates (for example: child rate)
It is okay if you may not have all this information at
this stage.
Bookings
Our first preference is for booking requests to be
either faxed or emailed
to us, alternatively by using the above form. Please note that the
following information may be required when you are requesting a booking:

- Names of all travellers
- Details of ages of travellers where they may
be eligible for special rates (for example: child rate)
- Date of departure from New Zealand
- Detail of what product you are booking (for example:
hotel name, tour name, car type etc)
Preferred date(s)
- Basis of booking (single, twin/double etc)
- Any particular requirements that are relevant
(for example: particular dietary needs for tour)
If you are able to state alternatives in case the first
choice is not available, please provide these.
Some European operators (particularly ferry operators) may also require
for each passenger: nationality, passport number, date of birth, notification
of any disabilities that may require assistance or particular accommodation/mobility
requirements.
Please do not leave your bookings until the last minute or close to the
date of departure from New Zealand, not least because the first choice
may not be available. Some booking requests can take up to 48 hours to
be confirmed (given the different time zones involved), plus there is
a requirement to make payment of cleared funds prior to release of vouchers
and other documents. Therefore we recommend allowing at least two weeks.
Bookings requested too close to a departure date may incur an additional
administration charge.
Deposits will be required for most bookings within five days of making
a bh will include details of payment requirements. Eurolynx Travel Ltd
reserves the right to alter prices ooking, with full payment being required
six weeks prior to departure. Where a booking is being made within six
weeks of departure, full payment will be required. When a booking is made
we will issue an invoice whicup until final payment is received in our
office in the event of (including but not limited to): foreign exchange
variations, tariff changes, and changes to taxes and levies currency fluctuations.
We strongly encourage clients to arrange travel insurance to cover unforeseen
events. It is important for insurance to be arranged at the time of booking
in case of events prior to departure that may cause cancellation fees
to be incurred.

Terms and Conditions
Please open the file below detailing our Terms and
conditions. Various operators apply their own terms and conditions to
your booking, and therefore may take priority. By requesting to proceed
from an enquiry to a firm booking you are assumed to have understood and
accepted the relevant terms and conditions. Many of the terms and conditions

Visas:
It is your responsibility to arrange all necessary passports and visas.
Requirements may vary for different countries.
Please note however that for Russia a ‘letter of invitation’
will need to be arranged by our agents on your behalf (this may incur
an administration fee). You will need to send this letter with your visa
application to your local Russian embassy.

Invoicing and Payment Terms
All prices will be quoted based on tariffs, exchange
rates, and schedules as at invoice date and are subject to further change
until fully paid. An invoice or quote will remain valid for five (5) working
days; if you are not paying this invoice in full within this time, please
ask for an updated invoice before making you final payment – the
invoice will be re-costed at the current exchange rate applicable at that
time.
For most bookings a deposit will be required to secure the reservation.
Please be aware of booking conditions & cancellation fees which may
vary depending on the operator of the travel product.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Please note:
-
- all cheques take 5 working days to clear through
the bank’s system; direct credit can be made to our bank
account (please ask for details).
- vouchers and documents can take 5 working days
after payment received, please do not make final payment too close
to NZ departure dates.
Eurolynx Travel Ltd reserves the right to alter
prices up until final payment is received in our office in the event of
(including but not limited to): foreign exchange variations, tariff changes,
and changes to taxes and levies currency fluctuations.
